Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent you the wrong product. Please contact us at [email protected]​ within 30 days​ of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for your return and cover the return shipping costs.

Returns for Change of Mind (Non-Customized Items Only)


We accept returns for items that are notcustomized (e.g., standard initials, standard colors) if you have simply changed your mind. To be eligible:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same perfect condition as when it was shipped.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns​ for:
Custom or personalized items​ (e.g., full names, specific color combinations, made-to-order designs).

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs (original and return, for change-of-mind returns) are non-refundable.

We will reply with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
